Summer is nearly here and, fingers crossed, it's going to be a memorable one! From the Queen's Diamond Jubilee festivities to a great summer of sport, there is definitely going to be plenty of excuses to celebrate with friends and family.

Here at the Diablo SupperClub, we can't wait for the summer to arrive and are once again inviting food and wine lovers to create their favourite seasonal recipes and match them with one of our delicious wines. Simply match your recipe to the refreshing Casillero del Diablo Shiraz Rosé, crisp Casillero del Diablo Chardonnay and medium-bodied Casillero del Diablo Carmenere.

The six lucky winners will be treated to an amazing culinary experience at the fantastic La Culcina Caldesi in London on Saturday 29th September 2012. Each winner and a guest will spend an afternoon cooking and wine tasting at the cookery school courtesy of Casillero del Diablo. What's more, to save any long journeys home, the winners will stay at a top hotel in London.

So, whether it's a sizzling steak matched with spicy Carmenere, a seasonal vegetable risotto with Chardonnay or a delightful summer salad with Shiraz Rosé, why not invite your friends round and cook them a treat and send us an image of the finished dish?
